SAJE Strategic Solutions is currently recruiting for two separate and independent leadership positions. We are seeking two talented individuals to serve as the Director of Business Development for two different premier skilled nursing facilities in the Los Angeles area.
These are not split roles; each facility is seeking its own dedicated, full-time Business Development leader to focus exclusively on their respective local market.
- Role 1: Westwood / West Los Angeles – Dedicated to a premier facility in the Westwood area.
- Role 2: Van Nuys / San Fernando Valley – Dedicated to a premier facility in the Van Nuys area.
- Salary (Each Role): $120,000 – $140,000 per year (DOE).
- Employment Type: Full-Time (One dedicated professional per facility).
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase facility visibility within your assigned territory (either West LA or the Valley).
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with local acute care hospitals, such as UCLA, Cedars, Valley Presbyterian, or Providence Holy Cross.
- Census Management: Monitor referral trends and competitor activity to achieve occupancy goals for your specific facility.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Community Outreach: Represent your facility at professional networking events and healthcare symposiums.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in healthcare business development or admissions specifically within Skilled Nursing (SNF) or Long-Term Care.
- Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape and established relationships with regional hospital systems.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding census goals and driving revenue.
