PeopleSoft Lead Consultant - Remote

  • Led PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery governance.

  • Managed enterprise implementations, upgrades, and modernization for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.

  • Provided functional & technical leadership across HR, Payroll, T&L, Benefits, and FSCM modules.

  • Acted as primary escalation point, handling L3 support, RCA, and critical issue resolution.

  • Governed security, roles, and compliance (SOX, HIPAA).

  • Led requirements gathering and translated business needs into technical solutions.

  • Designed integration architecture using Integration Broker (REST/SOAP) and APIs.

  • Managed onshore/offshore teams, ensuring quality delivery, releases, and UAT readiness.
