Position Requirements:
- Current ER/ED Nursing
experience: 2 years - Required
- Prior travel
experience: Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN – Required
- BSN – Highly
preferred
- RN License for State
of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications
from AHA - Required
- ENPC or TNCC Certifications - Highly preferred
Job Description:
- Provide
all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units (ER/ED)
- Must
assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement
interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on
patient progress.
- Supports
organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Performs
and documents the physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
- Treats
co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen
interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides
comfort the patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing
management.
- Collaborates
with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- Nurse
to Patient Ratio: 1:4
