Range $2000 to $2040 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Outpatient mental health or behavioral health unit/s
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, M-F
Position Requirements:
- 2 years of
social worker/behavioral health therapist experience in a psychiatric facility - Required
- Direct
experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment
skills - Required
- Must have strong clinical assessment skills
- Outpatient
setting experience - Preferred
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Equivalent – Required
- Social Worker or similar license for the State of IN (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) - Required
- CPI Certification
- Preferred
- BLS Certification from AHA or
American Red Cross - Required
Job Description:
- Provide social work and therapy services for
patients with behavioral health conditions and/or co-occurring disorders in an outpatient
setting
- Responsible for providing support to the
day-to-day operations of the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient
programs including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization
review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case
management, and other duties related to delivering a successful program.
- The Outpatient Therapist will conduct group
therapy as well as some individual and family therapy.
- Will create treatment plans and updates as
part of an interdisciplinary team approach.
- The Outpatient
Therapists will be working with potentially with all ages
