Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service solutions. The role involves driving product roadmap, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision & roadmap for Dynamics CRM & Field Service
- Manage and prioritize product backlog and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Work with development & QA teams to ensure quality delivery
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and KPIs
- Lead sprint planning, releases, and continuous improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Product/Program Management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM & D365 Field Service
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in D365 implementations
- Knowledge of customer service / field service processes
- Exposure to product analytics & KPI tracking
