Job Title: Lead AI Engineer
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive Generative AI solutions and developer productivity through Copilot-first workflows, autonomous agents, and modern AI-powered development practices. This role focuses on improving Developer Experience (DX) and enabling scalable AI adoption across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot & AI-assisted development workflows
- Design and implement Generative AI and autonomous agent solutions
- Build and extend solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform
- Identify gaps and define AI-driven platform strategies
- Lead developer productivity initiatives and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams
Required Qualifications:
- Strong software engineering experience (Python, Java, C#, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering)
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI coding tools
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with autonomous/agentic AI systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform
- Background in Developer Experience (DX) or platform engineering
