Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO to support finance transformation initiatives. The role involves driving Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective financial reporting and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage RTR (Record-to-Report) processes
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules
- Handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Support month-end close, reconciliation, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP FI/CO and RTR processes
- Hands-on experience with financial accounting and reporting
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead functional discussion
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Integration knowledge with SD/MM modules
- Understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards
