Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide Level 2 support in an enterprise environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and enterprise systems, including working in a lab setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and imaging systems
- Support enterprise tools like MS Office, Teams, OneDrive
- Install, configure, and maintain software and systems
- Assist users in a lab environment (lab coat required)
Required Skills:
- Experience in Level 2 IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware & software)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Teams, OneDrive
- Hands-on experience with laptops, printers, imaging systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FDA / Clinical / regulated environments
