What we need

· We need a young professional looking to grow that has 2 years of Help desk type experience.

· We need a personable technician willing to help both customers and peers, who is ready to learn and grow their career with a tight-knit staff.

· We need assistance addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking by using targeted question to diagnose problems.

· We need a technician wo will guide users with step-by-step instructions when available or conduct remote troubleshooting to resolve the issues on behalf of the end-users.

· We need someone who is proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, peripherals like printers/scanners/monitors, and general business applications.

· We need a technician who can troubleshoot and resolve issues, record technical issues and solutions in existing ticketing and documentation solutions, and direct/escalate unresolved issues to the next level(s) of support personnel.

· We need assistance discovering undocumented technical issues and standard operating procedures and creating them.

· We need a teammate who can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, document processes and procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
