Position: Senior Business Analyst – MS Dynamics
Location: New Jersey (Local candidates preferred)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Microsoft Dynamics. The role involves analyzing business needs, improving processes, and supporting CRM/ERP solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to improve business processes
- Use Microsoft Dynamics to support CRM/ERP solutions
- Manage Agile projects using tools like Azure DevOps
- Create process flows and documentation using Visio or Adonis
- Analyze data and build reports using Power BI
- Support full SDLC lifecycle (requirements, testing, deployment)
- Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Visio or Adonis
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics
