Our client seeks multiple Recruiting Support Specialists to answer questions about openings, benefits and more!
This is a full-time temporary opportunity with high possibility of temporary-to-hire. You will earn up to $23 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
To qualify for this Recruiting Support Specialist position, you must have:
- Exceptional customer service
- Customer service/recruiting experience in an office/HR setting
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Some of your responsibilities as Recruiting Support Specialist include:
- Answering calls on support hotline answering questions about openings, benefits and more
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Performing a high volume of administrative tasks
- Interacting with driver applicants
- Completing employment verifications
- Making a direct impact on the candidate’s experience
- Other duties as assigned
