Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
- Manage general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Oversee payroll administration and related compliance activities
- Manage cash flow reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accounting records and reporting within NetSuite and other financial systems
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Support ownership with financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects
- Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and other professional service providers
- Mentor and oversee accounting support staff as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience managing accounting across multiple entities preferred
- NetSuite experience is required
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance activities
- Strong account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and close process expertise
- Ability to operate independently in a hands-on environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Active CPA designation
- Experience within privately held, entrepreneurial, or investment-backed organizations
- Background supporting multiple business units, locations, or legal entities
- Process improvement and system implementation experience
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
