What You’ll Do
As the Automotive Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and daily operations of the Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and hold the parts team accountable for performance
- Deliver fast, accurate service to internal and external customers
- Manage inventory accuracy, organization, and gross profit performance
- Oversee ordering, receiving, pricing, merchandising, and delivery operations
- Drive results through clear metrics and disciplined execution
- Maintain safety, compliance, and company standards
- Represent Rydell Chevrolet with professionalism and leadership
Required:
- 3 years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
- Proven success running a high-performing parts department
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with dealership parts systems and inventory management
