A leading global financial services organization is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Operations & Client Service Manager to lead service delivery, operational excellence, and business support functions across a multi-branch market.
This leadership role partners closely with senior management to enhance the client experience, drive operational efficiency, develop high-performing teams, and execute key business initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, financial services operations expertise, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations, service, and support professionals across multiple office locations
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities across the market
- Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, recognition, and employee development initiatives
- Partner with leadership and HR on organizational planning, performance management, and employee engagement
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Elevate the client experience through service excellence and operational consistency
- Act as a key escalation point for complex client service matters and operational issues
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal partners, and centralized support teams
- Lead communication efforts related to operational updates, platform enhancements, and process improvements
Operational & Risk Oversight
- Oversee daily business operations, service functions, and administrative processes across the market
- Standardize procedures and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Manage operational risk, compliance oversight, audit readiness, and policy adherence
- Support budgeting, expense management, workforce planning, and resource allocation
- Lead or support business initiatives including office expansions, integrations, and operational projects
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required
- 7 years of leadership experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry
- Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple locations
- Strong operational management, risk oversight, and client service experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
- Must have an active FINRA Series 7, 9 and 10
Preferred Background
- Wealth management or private banking operations leadership experience
- Experience supporting advisors, client service teams, or branch operations
- Strong regulatory and compliance awareness within financial services environments
