Position: Recruiter – High Volume Operations Hiring

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly)

Duration: 3-Month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume operations hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on recruiting for customer support and contact center positions through class-based hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operational and customer support roles
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruiting channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Manage class-based hiring initiatives and ongoing recruitment pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a high-volume setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume or class-based hiring
• Contact center or operations recruiting experience
• Experience using Workday Recruiting
• Experience with Phenom ATS
• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and hiring trends

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week
