Role Description
The Senior Client Services Associate plays a central role in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. This position partners closely with advisors to ensure client needs are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and brings both attention to detail and sound judgment to day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service and Operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Manage account maintenance, money movement, and client requests
- Support client onboarding from start to finish
- Process account openings, transfers, and updates with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in CRM and document systems
Advisor Support and Execution
- Partner with advisors to execute client service needs and follow through on action items
- Prepare and track client paperwork and service requests
- Coordinate with custodians and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Process and Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets compliance and firm standards
- Perform quality checks on documentation before submission
- Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and processes
Qualifications
Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services client service or operations
- Strong understanding of account processing and client servicing workflows
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and document management tools
Preferred
- Experience in an RIA, independent broker-dealer, or financial planning firm
- Experience supporting multiple advisors and managing a high volume of client requests
- Familiarity with Redtail CRM
