Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical talent. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has recent experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly Software Development Engineers (SDEs), AI/ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps Engineers, Network engineers and various other tech roles thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple searches simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, onboarding, and orientation.
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee status changes as needed.
- Build and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting plans.
- Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and reporting spreadsheets to maintain recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously identify process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience with sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Recent experience recruiting for technical roles; Software Development Engineer (SDE) recruiting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client/stakeholder relationships.
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms, resume databases, sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong client-service mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business results.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships across teams.
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies while maintaining cost-effective recruiting practices.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience executing recruiting strategies, including employer branding, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process coordination.
Experience Level
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience required.
- Candidates with a combination of corporate and agency recruiting backgrounds are highly preferred.
Additional Information
- Familiarity with a wide range of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- May provide guidance or leadership to other recruiting team members.
