Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive execution, manage complex programs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex programs/projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Drive execution aligned with business objectives and OKRs
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Oversee project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely project completion

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of Program/Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines
• Experience working in global or cross-functional teams
