Pay Rate: $18-19.80/hour
Work Location & Schedule
Hybrid contract position based in Lehi, UT.
Monday and Tuesday onsite each week.
Remaining workdays are remote, based on team requirements.

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Member Advocate Contractors to join our Customer Experience team in Lehi, UT. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others and can navigate healthcare-related questions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
As a Member Advocate Contractor, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, handling high-volume Tier 1 inquiries. You will help members understand their health benefits, resolve account questions, and navigate healthcare services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support for healthcare, benefits, network, and account-related questions.
Assist members in understanding, navigating, and paying for healthcare services.
Handle high-volume member inquiries through phone and email.
Provide empathetic, personalized, and professional customer service.
Learn and apply knowledge of health insurance, benefits, and network plans.
Adapt quickly to new software, systems, and processes.
Maintain composure and compassion while managing multiple tasks.
Collaborate with Team Leads and colleagues to support a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
Strong desire to help others with healthcare-related situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems.
Ability to remain calm and compassionate while handling competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
1 year of customer-facing experience.
Prior healthcare or health insurance experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
