Responsibilities:
- Support technical integration activities across applications and systems.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of integration points.
- Troubleshoot issues related to applications, system connectivity, and data flow.
- Work with technical teams to identify and resolve integration-related issues.
- Monitor and follow up on technical issues to help maintain operational stability.
- Assist with testing system changes and integration updates.
- Maintain accurate technical records, support documentation, and issue information.
- Follow established procedures and technical guidance when handling integration tasks.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to system integrations and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application support, systems support, or a related technical role.
- Basic understanding of system interfaces, data movement, or application connectivity.
- Experience troubleshooting technical or application-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams and coordinate issue resolution.
- Comfortable following established procedures and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to document technical issues and maintain accurate records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented technical environment.
