• ties.Lead and support the strategic performance development of the maintenance team to continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficien
• cies.Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance, MRO Inventory control and plan
• ning.Improve reliability of production lines & ensuring machinery downtimes are red
• uced.Support teamwork between maintenance and other departm

ents.
Qualific

• ations5 years of industrial maintenance and supervisory exper
• ience.Experience in a supervisory capacity in an industrial environment with knowledge of predictive and preventive mainte
• nance.Solid problem solving and decision-making skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, ability to execute multiple tasks and meeting dead
• lines.Available for weekend and off-shift
• hours.Strong computer and administrative skills (MS Office, CMMS, payroll system
• etc.)Outstanding, verbal & written communication and interpersonal s
