Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Launch Specialist to work for one of our top global tech clients! As a Launch Specialist you will support the onboarding and success of restaurant partners for its growing white-label platform. This role is highly hands-on and travel-focused, working directly with merchants to implement digital ordering solutions, train staff, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Pay: $49-$51/hr. depending on experience
Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for restaurant partners, from setup through launch
- Travel to restaurant locations to support in-person implementation and training
- Train staff on digital ordering platforms and SaaS tools
- Configure and deploy company systems for new merchants
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations teams
- Identify workflow improvements to drive adoption and maximize merchant success
- Create training materials and onboarding resources for restaurant teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of work experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality
- Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience training or onboarding users on tools/platforms
- Highly detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel frequently (regional national)
- Spanish is a plus
