Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support a major ServiceNow initiative for a global medical supply organization. You’ll collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow capabilities that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to guide us through a 4–6-week discovery engagement focused on shaping a high-level roadmap—complete with timeline and budget estimates—for executing our IT Value and Service vision on the ServiceNow platform.

We recognize that this will be a significant initiative, and our goal is to ensure we fully understand the scope, effort, and resources required before committing to next steps. This discovery phase is critical in helping us make an informed and strategic decision about how to proceed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of key ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.

• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

• Design and deploy ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and automated processes using platform best practices.

• Maintain and optimize CMDB, ensuring accurate and consistent data modeling and integrations.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and implementation team members.

• Develop documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, test scripts, and support procedures.

• Stay informed on latest ServiceNow releases, features, and certified best practices to drive platform value.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

• You've driven several ServiceNow implementations and can lead and asses the best method, budget, resources, timelines.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.

• Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:

  • ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management)

  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

  • APM (Application Portfolio Management)

  • HAM (Hardware Asset Management)

  • SAM (Software Asset Management)

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data governance.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms, tools, and APIs.

• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, or CMDB.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and project delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and automated workflows.

• Background supporting global or regulated enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing).
