Help Desk Agent – Contract Opportunity

📍 Location: Alpharetta, GA

📅 Duration: 6-12-month contract

💲 Pay: $21 to $25/hour

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and solving technical issues? We’re looking for a Help Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships included) to join the team at a leading investment banking firm.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferred

✔ Relevant experience or internship in IT support or customer service

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

✔ Additional consideration for candidates with:

• A college degree

• Previous contact center or help desk experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications

• Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support

• Deliver accurate, efficient service while meeting performance metrics and SLAs

• Provide a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and resolutions
