🚀 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in real time
- Accurately log incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while managing user expectations
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy
- Handle multiple tickets simultaneously while meeting SLAs and performance metrics
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 years of IT support / service desk experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (client-facing mindset is key)
- Solid understanding of:
- Windows OS
- Enterprise applications
- Basic hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays) in a 24/7 environment
