Contract Role (12 Months, possible to extend or convert)


Pay Rate: $30/hour (under negotiation in case of converting or extention)

Administrative Assistant (On-Site | Baltimore, MD | Contract-to-Perm)


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential for full-time conversion, offering strong exposure to executive-level operations and career growth.


This role requires full on-site presence (5 days/week) and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and phone coverage
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with invoice processing
  • Plan and support internal meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and conference room setup
  • Create and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Maintain and organize shared platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, office operations, and general team support
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff and assist with ad hoc projects


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a corporate environment (financial services preferred)
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools such as Concur, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or at least 5 YOE)
