Job Title: Loan Servicing Technician
Location: Steven's Point, WI (Fully onsite in Steven's Point. Open to remote, Wisconsin candidates if they are a 100% match and can WFH without distraction/faulty internet.)
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p CT
Target start date: ASAP
Target end date: through 10/31/2026, depending on candidate performance may get invited to apply internally to other business units within the organization towards end of contract.
Job description
- Homeowners insurance policy management.
- Manage timely disbursement of funds related to insurance and PMI premiums.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, accurately processed and compliant with regulatory standards.
