🏢 Hybrid (4 days onsite during training → 3 days onsite after)

📅 12-month temp-to-perm opportunity
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Manage background screening cases from initiation through completion
- Partner with candidates and internal teams to ensure screenings are completed before start dates
- Review results and investigate discrepancies or missing information
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up with candidates
- Escalate adverse findings to HR, Compliance, and leadership
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and onboarding teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
✅ What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in background screening, HR, or case management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, databases)
