AR Reconciliation Specialist

Russell Tobin's client a drug wholesale and distribution company is hiring a AR Reconciliation Specialist

Job Title: AR Reconciliation Specialist in Carrollton, TX.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 4 months
• Rate: $17 - $18/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Location: Carrollton, TX. Onsite, 5 days a week

Key Requirements:

• Must have SAP, Salesforce, and AR reconciliation experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Strong reconciliation, mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to resolve issues quickly and escalate appropriately

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure billing, statements, disputes, and returns are processed accurately and timely
• Perform in-depth customer payment analysis to resolve disputes and correct billing documentation
• Train and mentor new personnel and ensure successful onboarding
• Review large or high-profile accounts
• Serve as a key resource for systems and processes
• Identify payment discrepancies and initiate dispute resolution procedures
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers regarding payments, disputes, and returns
• Work closely with the Collector and Customer Service teams to ensure proper application of customer credits
• Process requests for customer credit balance returns and generate reporting for internal and external parties

Qualifications:

• Broad training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or related field (two to four-year degree or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business or business-to-government collections and dispute resolution experience
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related, progressively responsible experience

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP Disputes
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and credit/collection procedures
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
