Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Pay range: $50 to $55 per hour
Description:
Top must-have skills include the following:
- Can “fly at multiple altitudes”; can see big picture while still noticing small details, etc.
- Systems thinker
- Has lead cross functional projects in the past
- Can negotiate with multiple personalities and can coordinate communications between teams successfully
Desired soft skills:
- Executive management skills
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented
- Self starter
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Prior client experience would be a huge advantage in this role; specifically, an understanding of client go-to process (Code)
- Airtable experience would also be helpful
