- Job Title: Roll-Off / Rubber Wheel Trailer Driver (CDL Class A or B)
- Location: Oak Park, MI
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $26/hour
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and removing roll-off containers or rubber wheeled trailers at customer locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport and service containers
- Deliver and pick up dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and service records
- Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum [1–2] years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Roll-off experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of truck frequently
