Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a PART-TIME position
- Candidates are only required to have 1-2 shifts available per week or every other week.
- Availability, however, is required to be consistent.
- Preferred candidates would have availability and enthusiasm to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis beyond their routine schedule.
- Shifts may include: Tuesday - Saturday from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible for comprehensive knowledge of menu items and drinks.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the dining area, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, entryway, and outdoor dining space.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests.
Requirements for candidates:
- 2 years of previous experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Recent experience in the restaurant industry.
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Beyond a basic knowledge of craft beer.
- Beyond a basic knowledge of fine wine.
- Previous bartending experience is a plus.
