This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role. As the AR Specialist, you would be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of student and client receivables, accurate billing, and proper application of payments while supporting broader accounting functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting enrollment-related revenue processes, and strengthening the school's overall financial operations.Key Job DutiesProcess and manage student and corporate billing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with program enrollment and contractual agreements.Monitor outstanding receivables, perform collection support activities, and maintain detailed aging reports to ensure healthy cash flow.Apply payments, reconcile AR accounts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.Assist with general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support.Provide administrative and financial support to the accounting team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
