This role drives financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring scalable systems and strong internal controls. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and executive reporting
- Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
- Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team
