What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at RTD Talent Solutions?
RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier tax accounting, and international advisory firms based out of Miami, FL that is currently seeking multiple Controllers for their North American, LATAM, and European markets, respectively. These are full-time, permanent, on-site roles with offices in Coconut Grove, FL. Title and level of seniority is flexible. These roles will report to the CFO.

These are complex roles that will have a direct impact on their financial reporting, and bring support to their growing operational/advisory teams. Ideally, they are seeking someone with a public accounting background or professional services experience (legal, advisory, or consulting services). Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, technical/operational accounting, and exposure to robust ERP’s (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) required.
Excellent communication skills needed. Someone with Audit/Assurance with Big 4 or large regional firms is preferred.
