Job Title: IAM / Authentication Product Owner (or Business Analyst – IAM)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM / Authentication professional to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams. This role will drive requirements, prioritize work, and ensure successful delivery of identity and authentication solutions while representing the business throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business representative for IAM/Authentication initiatives
- Engage and influence business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Lead backlog grooming sessions and break down features into clear technical user stories
- Partner with business process owners to define metrics for adoption, benefits, and operational risk
- Manage and prioritize features, enhancements, and defect work items
- Review, accept, or defer work based on business impact and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, developers, testers, and analysts
- Support project planning activities related to scope, schedule, and resourcing
- Prepare the business for change by defining adoption strategies, metrics, and risk mitigation plans
- Review feedback and new requirements, ensuring alignment with product and program roadmaps
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IAM / Authentication domains
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Experience with backlog management, user stories, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of product or project delivery lifecycles
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Experience driving adoption metrics and managing operational risks
