Overview

In this role, you’ll help grow our business by building strong relationships with new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with organizations—primarily small and mid‑sized companies—to understand their needs and connect them with solutions that support their goals.


How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and expand client relationships by identifying opportunities and offering products and services that meet their needs.
  • Provide responsive, thoughtful service that supports long‑term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members—including other producers and support staff—to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support overall client relationships, partnering with account management teams for day‑to‑day service needs.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues by assisting, educating, and mentoring team members in both new‑business and existing‑client situations.
  • Use industry tools and technology to improve sales processes, client engagement, and account service.
  • Offer guidance during account transitions to ensure clients feel supported throughout the process.
  • Build and follow an annual business plan and production goals that align with team and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by building relationships across departments and business groups.


About You
  • Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
  • Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
  • Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and benefits


We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
