Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Broker based in Pittsburgh , PA .This on-site position involves managing business transactions, including identifying potential buyers and sellers, performing business valuation opinions, negotiating deals, and overseeing the entire sales process. The Business Broker will work closely with clients to ensure smooth and confidential transactions, while providing strategic guidance and industry expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business and understanding of Brokerage processes
- Proficiency in Business Valuation opinions and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of business operations and finance principles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client trust and confidentiality
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in any of the specialty industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Service, Healthcare) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
