Your Role: Casualty Broker (Wholesale Insurance)
What You’ll Do
- Grow Your Book: Prospect and develop new business through networking and relationship-building with Retail Agents.
- Be the Expert: Develop deep knowledge of high-risk wholesale insurance solutions across product lines, industries, and risk types.
- Deliver Results: Analyze submissions, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure coverage for complex risks.
- Lead & Influence: Educate partners on RPS’s full range of solutions and, when assigned, mentor and guide support teams.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and carrier guidelines to ensure profitable growth.
- Travel as needed: Engage with clients as needed.

- A proactive, goal-driven mindset with urgency to achieve production targets.
- Ability to leverage data and tools to craft comprehensive insurance solutions.
About You
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
- Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Sales experience in casualty wholesale insurance or related field preferred.
