Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 Incentives

What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow a strong book of business through new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, plant managers, and decision-makers
- Identify project needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and productivity
- Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer execution
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside B2B sales, ideally within industrial services, construction, or related fields
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a sales territory independently
- Ability to understand customer challenges and present value-driven solutions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
