Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
📍 Arlington, TX | Onsite Manufacturing Environment
We’re hiring an experienced Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Arlington. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong agency or headhunting background who excels at proactive sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and partnering closely with hiring leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for production, technical, engineering, and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source and headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, job boards, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and manage workflows in an ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Share market insights and compensation guidance with leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of talent acquisition experience
- Agency or search recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Knowledge of U.S. labor and employment compliance
- Chinese or other Asian language proficiency a plus (not required)
