$150K OTE year 1 and $200k OTE year 2 isn’t a ceiling — it’s where you start hitting your stride. Base uncapped bonus, paid quarterly.
Commercial or industrial background required — either works. You will be trained. What matters is good tenure, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.
THE MONEY

WHAT YOU’RE SELLING
A lot — and that’s the point. More services means more ways to win:
- Scaffolding & access — mast climbers, construction elevators, suspended access
- Trenching, forming, & shoring
- Insulated metal panels
- Industrial coatings — surface prep, blasting, painting, fireproofing, refractory, waterproofing, flooring
- Specialty services — abatement, specialty mechanical, concrete repair, and more
YOUR DAY
Finding new business, walking jobsites, running bids with the estimating team, pushing contracts through, keeping billing and change orders tight, and selling more to the customers you already have. 100% out meeting with customers except for in-office meetings.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years outside sales in commercial or industrial services
- Background in any of these — scaffolding, coatings, trenching, forming/shoring, insulated metal panels, painting, fireproofing, waterproofing, flooring, or something close. You don’t need all of it.
- Relationships with GCs, subs, or plant contacts — big plus
- Estimating background — also a big plus, but not required
- Good job tenure
- Strong communicator
- Must have your own car (car allowance provided)
- Nice to have: Excel, Salesforce, Bluebeam
