- Scaffolding & access
- Trenching, forming, & shoring
- Insulated metal panels
- Industrial coatings — surface prep, blasting, painting, fireproofing, refractory, waterproofing, flooring
- Specialty services — abatement, specialty mechanical, concrete repair, and more
YOUR DAY
Out meeting customers — 100% of the time except internal meetings. Finding new business, walking jobsites, running bids with the estimating team, pushing contracts through, and selling more to customers you already have.

Who We''re Looking For
- 2 years outside sales — commercial or industrial
- Background in any of these — scaffolding, coatings, trenching, forming/shoring, insulated metal panels, painting, fireproofing, waterproofing, flooring, or something close
- You don''t need all of it — training is provided
- sub, or plant relationships — big plus
- Estimating background — also a plus
- Good tenure — people who build, not bounce
- Strong communicator
- Own car required (car allowance provided)
- Nice to have: Excel, Salesforce, Bluebeam
