Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a friendly, highly organized, and bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and help coordinate day-to-day operations.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable team member, responsible for answering phone calls, texts and emails professionally, schedule services, and support both our customers and crews. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls/texts and respond to customer emails and online orders
- Follow up calls to all existing estimates with a goal to close, process deposits and schedule
- Schedule routine services, estimates, and project work while documenting with our in-house ticketing system
- Dispatch crews and adjust schedules based on weather or priorities
- Input and update customer info in CRM software
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service
- Assist with billing or service follow-ups as needed
- Upsell service(s) when applicable
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Prior experience in scheduling or administrative support (landscaping or service industry preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient with scheduling or CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
