As our Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in directing, supporting, and optimizing core operations across the organization. You will be involved in a wide range of business initiatives, from implementing updated operational software and refining internal workflows to coordinating logistics, facility tasks, and cross-functional teams to drive company expansion. We're looking for a leader who can maintain a strategic overview while keeping sharp control of day-to-day details.

What Your Leadership Impact Looks Like

• Drive Cross-Functional Operations: Oversee, coordinate, and deliver operational initiatives across different business units and departments.
• Maintain Master Workflows: Develop and maintain operational roadmaps, process workflows, task lists, and performance trackers.
• Align Internal Teams: Work closely with department leads and executive management to ensure daily activities stay on schedule.
• Lead Operations Meetings: Coordinate operational updates, prepare agendas, log decision items, and follow up on execution points.
• Monitor Operational KPIs: Track key performance indicators, deadlines, and operational deliverables, keeping leadership informed of progress.
• Mitigate Bottlenecks Proactively: Identify operational delays, workflow risks, and resource bottlenecks, helping implement practical solutions.
• Liaise with External Partners: Connect with vendors, service providers, venue contacts, and business partners as required.
• Implement Efficient Systems: Support the rollout of updated management software, internal tools, and operational frameworks.
• Optimize Daily Productivity: Review existing administrative and operational workflows to identify improvements and increase efficiency.
• Deliver Executive Reporting: Prepare operational status summaries, performance reports, presentations, and process documentation.
• Oversee Resources & Costs: Track facility resources, operational budgets, and logistical expenditures where required.
• Maintain Operational Integrity: Keep accurate operational records, ensuring business standards, compliance, and policies are upheld.

• High confidence collaborating across different internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple operational priorities, manage tight deadlines, and resolve challenges calmly.
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and workflow optimization.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar operational or tracking tools.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and a readiness to take initiative and step in wherever needed.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
