We are hiring a Marketing Specialist in Wilmington to help turn campaign plans into clear messages and well-organized activity. You will work across content, local promotions, and reporting, with room to contribute ideas based on what you learn.
What you’ll do
- Draft and review short campaign copy, emails, and promotional materials.
- Help plan activity dates and keep campaign tasks on schedule.
- Coordinate information needed for local marketing activities.
- Speak with customers or attendees when a campaign calls for it.
- Gather feedback and summarize basic results for the team.
You should be a clear writer who can manage details and work comfortably with other people. Previous marketing experience is useful, but we will also consider relevant experience from events, customer-facing work, coursework, or community projects. A specific degree is not required.
