Are you digitally savvy, analytical, and interested in creating marketing campaigns that reach the right audience? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support online marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and help improve audience engagement across digital channels. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining creative content with research, performance tracking, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
- Coordinate website updates, social media content, and digital promotional materials.
- Assist with developing content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Research digital trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports on engagement and results.
- Review digital content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and marketing documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to coordinate campaign deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital content and audience engagement.
- Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing practices and platform developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in digital marketing, online content, and brand development.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Confidence using office software and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new tools.

- Pay: $22–$28 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Nashville, TN
