What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop content strategies that increase website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve ROI.
- Excellent written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing attribution models.
- Graphic design or basic video editing experience is a plus.
