We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support promotional projects, coordinate campaign activities, and help develop materials that communicate a brand’s message effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, keeping projects organized, and contributing ideas in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, promotional materials, and content for marketing projects.
• Support social media updates and website content management.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and target audiences.
• Help maintain consistent branding across marketing materials and communications.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
• Organize marketing records, digital files, and contact databases.
• Assist with gathering campaign information and preparing performance reports.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing projects and promotional activities.
• Help ensure marketing materials are accurate, organized, and ready for distribution.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in marketing, branding, communications, or promotions.
• Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.
• Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an advantage.

Position Details

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Hoover, AL
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
