This is a full-time, remote position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and respond to inquiries
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide guidance to team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools is a plus
