Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives from our Charlotte office. You’ll work across campaigns, content, research, communications, and project coordination while helping ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately and on schedule.
This role would suit someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different areas of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with the development and organization of marketing materials
- Support digital, email, social media, and promotional activities
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project information
- Coordinate marketing requirements with internal teams and external partners
- Track campaign deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing activity
- Assist with content planning and promotional communications
- Monitor campaign activity and help prepare performance reports
- Maintain accurate marketing records, databases, and documentation
- Support events, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign execution
Qualifications
- Previous marketing, communications, campaign coordination, or related experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
